ideacorp is an independent, non-profit organization in the Philippines that is devoted to research, training and advocacy on development issues, particularly on the use of ICT for development (ICT4D).
It is currently focused on three practice areas:
Access - the use of ICT to connect communities and help them create relevant and meaningful digital content;
Governance - the use of ICT to improve public service, promote greater transparency & accountability in government, and citizen empowerment; and
Education - the effective use of ICT in teaching and learning.
ideacorp is founded by ICT advocates, researchers and practitioners who have worked with private corporations, government agencies, educational institutions and international organizations.

ideacorp, in cooperation with 8Layer Technologies and DLSU College of Computer Studies, successfully conducted a ICT refresher seminar for the faculty of Bulacan State University (BSU) on 6th of June 2012.
