ideacorp inc is an independent, non-profit organization in the Philippines that is devoted to research, training and advocy on development issues, particularly on the use of ICT for development (ICT4D)

Access - the use of ICT to connect communities and help them create relevant and meaningful digital content;

Governance - the use of ICT to improve public service, promote greater transparency & accountability in government, and citizen empowerment; and

Education - the effective use of ICT in teaching and learning.
